I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech. I am fortunate to work under the supervision of my advisor Prof. Alexey Onufriev.

My research interests lie at the intersection of Computational Biophysics, Computational Biology, and Machine Learning.

I did my MSc in the Biomedical engineering department at the University of Illinois, and I was working on computational modeling of 3D chromatin organization. Prior to that, I received my undergraduate degree from Sharif University of Technology.
